You can request a refund/exchange within 14 days from receiving our product by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In your message you should include the reason you are requesting this return and clearly state whether you want a refund for the amount paid or an exchange to another product.
Once a refund/exchange is requested, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange request. Then you will be asked to ship the product to our physical address at your own expense. Once the product is received by KYTE CULTURE, our team will inspect the product and will proceed with the refund/exchange unless the certain conditions listed below are not met.
Products refund/exchange are applicable only in the cases where:
- The product is unused /unworn.
- All labels and original packaging should also be included and intact
- The product is not bought during any sale period or any promotion using a discount code.
If you request a refund, KYTE CULTURE will refund the full amount of the original amount paid excluding any shipping cost by KYTE CULTURE or the customer. In addition, any transfer fees will be deducted from the refunded amount received by the customer.
If your refund request was approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment or any mean of transfer agreed between the customer and KYTE CULTURE, within 30 days.
If you request an exchange, KYTE CULTURE will exchange the product into a different size and/or color, subject to stock-availability and will be sent to you at your own expense.
